Rose Sincevich - Biography

"Be Source, not results."   ~ Rumi

I grew up in Frederick, MD and have become well known in the community throughout the years. I continue to enjoy all the connections our diverse community offers. I am a mother of eight, and a new grandmother. I bow to my children, my greatest teachers, they carry my strongest medicine.

It has been my privilege to study and mentor with a rich, eclectic mix of teachers, shaman, dancers, healers, movement therapists, cranial sacral and polarity therapists, homeopaths, yogis, and meditation masters over the past 20 years.

Through my own personal process and practices my work continues to evolve. It has been significantly grounded in the cranial sacral teachings of Dr. Sutherland, the Polarity therapy work of Dr. Stone and Franklyn Sills. My work is inspired by the

prenatal/birth process therapies developed by Dr. Ray Castellino and informed through the writings of Mabel Todd, Lulu Swiegard , Irene Dowd and others.

My longtime fascination with the work of Vanda Scaravelli holds a promise that I’ll explore this year. It is my hope to deepen my studies with her main student, Diane Long.

I have a compassionate eye for viewing my client’s alignment both energetically and physically. A practice of deep listening to the field will often hold the keys to what is needed. When we view the body from our heart space the energetic, emotional and physical needs suggest themselves. Within the structure of a bodywork session, a yoga or dance class, the sacred vessel is created and alchemy unfolds.

A strong calling has arisen in me to teach from my direct experience, to engage the creative process, to nourish bliss, prana and the emergence of the vital life force.
