Technical Curriculum Development & Training

  • Developed curriculum for centralized training in Xerox Document Services Platform software (DocuSP) for Sales and Analysts.
  • Developed web-based courses, product home pages, and product launch announcements.
  • Produced field-based training documents delivered in hard-copy and on the Internet.
  • Trained instructors in delivery of Sales and Analyst classroom-based training. Tested beta versions of software on DocuSP Controllers, Sun, Macintosh and Windows clients.
