Coaching Benefits Why work with a coach? INSIGHT comes to us both internally and externally. We have an inner knowing about what holds us back and why we fall short of our goals. We also get feedback from people outside ourselves: bosses, co-workers, family members, and friends. A coach will work with you to first deepen and widen your insight. ACTION is where we usually struggle. We may have great insight but we can't flip a switch overnight. We can't translate our insight into changed behaviors, thoughts, or actions fast enough or well enough or long enough to make a sustained difference. A trained coach is uniquely qualified to design a coaching program for you to be in action and to meet the desired outcome. RESULTS. Your coaching program will include exercises and practices which, over the span of the program, will transform your thoughts, behaviors, and actions and will provide the outcome you desire. I work with individuals in the areas of Leadership Coaching and Personal Coaching. I practice a style of coaching called Integral Coaching. This coaching style is based on the belief that each individual is unique and multi-dimensional. I look at the whole person rather than only one aspect. It is important to understand not only what the client wants to works towards but why that is important. This requires a high level of trust from the client and a uniquely skilled coach. In looking at the whole person, coaching will result in not just small changes but meaningful and long lasting transformation.
